CPeurope 2012 Highlights!

Campuseros!
This week at CP HQ, whilst staring into our computer screens and laughing about ‘crazy-eyes girlfriend’, we had a Eureka moment. We reached out to you, our beloved Campuseros, to ask you to tweet in pics, viddies, memories and anything else pertaining to your favourite bits from Campus Party Europe 2012!

This was not, contrary to popular belief, to inflate our own egos. Oh no, we had a profound, almost sacred goal to be achieved. Those Campuseros who had never been to a Campus Party before (there are indignant cries here at CP HQ - indignant cries) were to be given the opportunity to gage just how much fun there was to be had (between 8.7 and infinity was the general consensus around here). We had a stream of exciting tweets and they included some fabulous pics, funny vids and great memories.
Thank you all for your kind and brilliant contributions! Some of your best bits involved hearing Sir Tim Berners-Lee speak, experiencing the Open Tech School and Arduino Workshop, meeting David Cuartielles (Arduino Co-Founder – more on Arduino in our next blog!), shaking hands with the Commissioner of the Digital Agenda for Europe and then some.
Below are a few of the pictures and vids you sent in including the world’s funkiest keyboard; shiny bugs; tent armies; robots playing the drums; remote-control can-opening (the future’s bright, people); speakers; social media vibrantly coming to life; our hot servers; Sir Tim Berners Lee and, well, quirks. Funny quirks.

So keep sending us what’s hot for you and, even, what’s not. We’re excited to see what you’re gonna share with us next! (less cat memes though please).
Ready to tech and roll? I think so.
